渐进式解卡技术对电泵故障停机的效果分析

摘  要:某海上油田电潜泵电力驱动通过变频柜驱动电潜泵变压器,当电泵启动阻力大时,导致电潜泵电机无法启动导致躺井,损失产量。针对该问题,提出采用“反循环洗井+变频正反转+固频解卡”相结合的解卡操作新模式,解决由于井下故障卡泵引起的无法启动问题,达到解卡电潜泵目的,产生明显经济效益。A certain offshore oil field drives an electric pump through a frequency conversion cabinet and an electric submersible pump transformer.When the starting resistance of the electric pump is high,the electric submersible pump motor cannot be started,leading to well laying and loss of production.In response to this issue,this article proposes a new mode of card release operation that combines"reverse circulation well flushing+variable frequency forward and reverse rotation+fixed frequency card release"to solve the problem of unable to start due to downhole malfunction of the pump,achieve the goal of card release of the electric submersible pump,and generate significant economic benefits.
