摘  要:库车山前区块地跨克拉苏构造带,属于塔里木油田重点区块。在该区块钻井作业中,四开古近系库姆格列木群发育盐膏层,需要通过扩眼作业来解决井眼缩径问题。针对博孜某井盐膏层岩性组成复杂、风险系数高等问题,选取特定结构液压扩眼器进行不同方式的扩眼作业和评估。通过优化和改进后结果表明,针对盐膏层井况扩眼作业有良好的应用性,保障了后期固井作业质量,是该区块盐膏层的扩眼应用的成功案例。The Kuqa Piedmont block crosses the Kelasu tectonic belt and belongs to the key block of the Tarim Oilfield.During drilling operations in this block,the Paleogene Kumugeliemu Group composed of salt-gypsum layers,and it was necessary to expand the borehole to solve the problem of borehole shrinkage.In view of the complex lithology composition and high risk factor of the salt-gypsum layer in some wells of Bozi block,the hydraulic reamer with a specific structure was selected for different methods of reaming operations and evaluation.The optimized and improved results show that the reaming operation for the salt-gypsum layer has good applicability and guarantees the quality of later cementing operations.It is a successful case of the reaming application of the salt-gypsum layer in this block.
