摘 要:海洋和陆地油气工程体量大、投资高、建设周期长,控制项目进度的关键是建立有效的进度衡量系统,而权重是进度衡量系统的重要量化指标,对油气工程项目来说,在整个建设周期内如何准确反映项目实际进展,是项目进度管控的关键。通过统计部分大型海洋和陆地油气项目进度及权重的数据,对其分类、占比和分配原则情况进行介绍,经过项目间的对比和分析,展示了各类型项目进度考量的不同特点,同时说明了进度和权重的选择原则。For offshore and onshore oil and gas projects with large volume,high investment and long construction period,the key to control the project progress is to establish an effective measurement system,and the weight is an important quantitative index of the measurement system.For oil and gas projects,accurately reflecting the actual progress of the project within the construction period is the key to project management.In this paper,the data of progress and weight of offshore and onshore projects are collected,and the classification,proportion and allocation principles are introduced.Through the comparison and analysis between projects,the different characteristics of progress consideration for different types of projects are shown,and the selection principles of progress and weight are explained.
