摘  要:对于层状致密气田,受储层物性差、非均质性强等因素影响,常规直井开发产能效果差,水平井分段压裂技术可大幅度提高日产气量,减少投资成本,降低地面植被破坏率,实现环境有效保护,最大程度提高水平段储量动用程度。本文以L气田为例,开展水平井分段压裂技术分析,包括化学隔离技术、机械封隔分段压裂技术、限流压裂技术、水力喷砂压裂技术及裸眼分段压裂技术等,重点对技术原理、技术特点及适应性进行分折,并结合L气田地质特征,从钻井、固井、射孔、压裂改造工艺等方面综合考虑,确定L气田采用水平井裸眼分段压裂工艺技术,并对现场施工过程进行分析,包括下入管柱、替泥浆、投球坐封逐级压裂等,现场应用10井次,均取得较好生产效果,平均单井初期油压18MPa,日产气量18.5万方,满足经济评价要求,所取得成果及认识可为同类型气藏提供借鉴经验。For layered tight gas fields,due to poor reservoir physical properties,strong heterogeneity and other factors,the productivity effect of conventional vertical well development is poor.The staged fracturing technology for horizontal wells can significantly increase the daily gas production,reduce investment costs,reduce the destruction rate of ground vegetation,achieve effective environmental protection,and maximize the reserves utilization in horizontal sections.This article takes L gas field as an example to conduct an analysis of horizontal well segmented fracturing technology,including chemical isolation technology,mechanical isolation segmented fracturing technology,flow limiting fracturing technology,hydraulic sandblasting fracturing technology,and open hole segmented fracturing technology.The focus is on analyzing the technical principles,technical characteristics,and adaptability,and considering the geological characteristics of L gas field from the aspects of drilling,cementing,perforation,and fracturing transformation technology,Determine the use of horizontal well open hole staged fracturing technology in L gas field,and analyze the on-site construction process,including running a string,replacing mud,and gradually fracturing with ball setting.The field application was conducted 10 times,and good production results were achieved.The average initial oil pressure of a single well was 18MPa,and the daily gas production was 185000 cubic meters,meeting the requirements of economic evaluation.The results and understanding obtained can provide reference experience for similar gas reservoirs.
