摘  要:为有动用渤海砂岩低渗储层,持续开展低渗开发技术攻关及矿场试验,为海上低渗油藏开发积累经验,渤海某油田率先垂范,挑选2口井进行大型压裂;为减少层间干扰,本次针对主力油组进行压裂,其他层位后期补射孔生产。满足油藏方案的同时,优化管柱结构、泵注程序、施工参数,最大限度保证主力油层均匀进液,保障压裂效果同时减少管柱砂卡风险,地面模拟井温进行破胶实验,施行不同的压裂液及陶粒,收集油田附近海水配制成压裂液进行滤失性能测试,对前置液开展滤失性评估,制定分阶段控制并逐级放大的排采制度。使用电动坐封工具下入分层封隔器,下入分采电泵管柱生产,监测初期产量及产出物,对标并不断调整油藏认识。To utilize low-permeability sandstone reservoirs in the Bohai,continue to carry out low-permeability development technology research and field trial,accumulate experience for the development of offshore lowpermeability reservoirs,a certain oilfield in the Bohai Sea took the lead in selecting two wells for large-scale fracturing;To reduce interlayer interference,fracturing is carried out for the main oil formation,and additional perforation is carried out for other layers in the later stage.While meeting the reservoir plan,optimize the string,pump scheme,parameters to ensure uniform fluid injection into the main oil layer to the max,ensure effectiveness,and reduce the risk of string sand stuck.Conduct gel breaking experiments at simulated well temperatures,implement different fracturing fluids and proppant,collect seawater near the oil field to prepare fracturing fluids for filtration testing,and evaluate the filtration of the pre fluid,Develop a phased control and gradual amplification of the mining scheduling system.Use electric setting tools to run layered packers and separate production electric pump strings for production,monitor initial production and output,benchmark and continuously adjust reservoir understanding.
