摘　　要：作为拥有重大地缘影响力的中东地区性大国和世界产油大国,沙特和伊朗的复交在能源安全方面具有一定积极意义。中东地区局势“降温”,不仅有利于稳定沙特和伊朗的能源产量,同样也为中国油气进口多元化创造了有利条件。能源合作是中国与中东国家合作的重点之一。在中东问题上,中国秉持客观公正立场,推动中东问题的政治解决,始终是中东国家最可靠的朋友。沙特和伊朗在中国的推动下恢复外交关系,正是中沙伊伙伴关系的现实写照。政治互信作为中国与中东国家能源合作的重大优势,与能源合作是相辅相成的。沙伊复交为沙特与伊朗两个油气大国在能源领域的合作创造了有利条件,在此基础上,中国作为沙特和伊朗的重要能源贸易伙伴,在中国倡导的能源集体安全观的指导下,中沙伊的油气合作有了更稳固的政治保证。三方在能源领域通过夯实合作基础、提升合作水平、拓展合作增量,或将迎来三边双向流动的贸易流,构建能源立体合作新格局,共同保障三边能源安全。The resumption of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran,the two regional powers in the Middle East and major oil producers in the world with great geopolitical influence,has certain positive significance in terms of energy security.The cooling of tensions in the Middle East not only helps stabilize the energy production of Saudi Arabia and Iran,but also creates favorable conditions for the diversification of China's oil and gas imports.Energy cooperation is one of the key points of cooperation between China and Middle East countries.On the Middle East issue,China has always been the most reliable friend of the Middle East countries by upholding an objective and fair position and promoting the political settlement of the Middle East issue.The resumption of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran under the impetus of China is a realistic portrayal of the China-Saudi-Iran partnership.As a major advantage of the energy coop-eration between China and Middle East countries,mutual political trust is complementary to energy cooperation.The resumption of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran has created favorable conditions for the cooperation between these two major oil and gas producers in the field of energy.On this basis,guided by the concept of collective energy security advocated by China,an important energy trading partner of Saudi Arabia and Iran,the oil and gas cooperation between China,Saudi Arabia and Iran has a more stable political guarantee.The three parties will usher in a trilateral and two-way trade flow,build a new pattern of three-dimensional energy cooperation and jointly ensure the trilateral energy security by consolidating the foundation of cooperation,improving the level of cooperation and expanding the increment of cooperation in the field of energy.
