摘  要:针对山西大宁区块致密气井中后期出现严重水锁问题,从溶蚀改善储层渗流通道、降低表面张力和适度增大接触角等多因素出发,优选出适用于致密砂岩气的解水锁剂配方。实验评价结果表明,解水锁剂与地层水配伍性好,对金属腐蚀性低,表面张力降低至26.3mN/m,与玻璃的接触角为61.7°。经解水锁剂处理过的岩心在恒定驱替压力下的水锁指数得到明显降低,岩心水锁损害程度为弱。在岩心自吸实验中,经解水锁剂处理过的岩心的含水饱和度也降低了16个百分点以上。现场试验与应用效果表明,解水锁剂与天然气压缩机联用,进行解水锁、排水采气一体化作业,施工程序简单,可大幅缩短作业时间,气井产能恢复效果明显。多因素条件下研发解水锁剂以及与天然气压缩机联作施工模式,对中后期致密砂岩气井解水锁、恢复产能具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。In view of the serious water lock in the middle and later period of tight gas wells in Daning block,Shanxi Province,the formula of water block removal agent suitable for tight sandstone gas is optimized based on the factors of improving the seepage channel of reservoir by corrosion,reducing the surface tension and moderately increasing the contact angle.The experimental results show that the water block removal agent has good compatibility with formation water and low corrosion to metal,and surface tension reduced to 26.3mN/m,and the contact angle with glass is 61.7°.Under constant displacement pressure,the water-locking index of cores treated with water block removal agent obviously reduces,and the damage degree of water lock is weak.In the core self-imbibition experiment,the water saturation of the core treated with water block removal agent also decreases by more than 16 percentage points.Field test and application results show that the com-bination of water block removal agent and natural gas compressor can carry out the integrated operation of water unlocking and drainage gas recovery,the construction procedure is simple,the operation time can be greatly shortened,and the productivity of gas well recoveries obviously.Under multi-factor conditions,the development of water block removal agent and the combined construction mode with natural gas compressor have certain guidance and reference significance for water unlocking and productivity recovery of tight sand-stone gas wells in the middle and later period.
