心灵丸治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨心灵丸治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛的疗效。方法 入选稳定型劳力性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照给药方法分为对照组、试验组。对照组给予硝酸甘油片0.25~0.5 mg进行治疗,试验组则在对照组的基础上给予心灵丸40 mg进行治疗,每天3次,2组均持续治疗4周。比较2组治疗4周后的临床疗效,比较治疗前、治疗4周后的平板运动试验总运动时间、Duke评分、每周心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛症状积分、中医症状积分及硝酸甘油用量。结果 对照组和试验组均分别入选95例受试者。治疗4周后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为83.16%(79例/95例)和40.00%(38例/95例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,试验组和对照组的平板运动试验总运动时间分别为(462.77±141.04)和(415.29±149.25)s,每周心绞痛发作频率分别为(1.65±2.10)和(4.72±2.97)次,心绞痛症状积分分别为(3.84±2.93)和(8.35±3.01)分,中医症状积分分别为(3.77±0.31)和(7.54±2.13)分,硝酸甘油用量分别为每周(0.44±0.59)和(2.24±2.37)片,试验组上述指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组药物不良反应发生率为4.21%,对照组药物不良反应发生率为3.16%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 心灵丸可明显改善稳定型劳力性心绞痛患者的中医症状及心绞痛症状,并可提高患者运动耐受量,有效抗心肌缺血,有利于提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of Xinling pill in the treatment of stable exertional angina pectoris.Methods Patients with stable exertional angina pectoris were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and treatment group according to the method of administration.The control group was treated with nitroglycerin tablets 0.25-0.5 mg,while the treatment group was treated with Xinling Pills 40 mg on the basis of the control group,three times a day.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment,the total exercise time of the treadmill exercise test,the score of Duke,the frequency of angina pectoris per week,the scores of angina pectoris symptom,traditional Chinese medicine symptom and nitroglycerin dosage of the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment were compared.Results The control group and the treatment group were enrolled in 95 subjects.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.16%(79 cases/95 cases)and 40.00%(38 cases/95 cases),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total exercise time of treadmill exercise test in the treatment group and the control group was(462.77±141.04)and(415.29±149.25)s,respectively.The frequency of angina pectoris attacks per week was(1.65±2.10)and(4.72±2.97)times,respectively.The scores of angina pectoris symptoms were(3.84±2.93)and(8.35±3.01)points,and scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were(3.77±0.31)and(7.54±2.13)points,respectively.The dosage of nitroglycerinwere(0.44±0.59)and(2.24±2.37)tablets per week,respectively.The above indexes in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group was 4.21%,while that in the control group was 3.16%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinling pill could significantly improve the tra
