摘 要:麻醉是现代外科手术中不可或缺的一部分。丙泊酚是当前临床上应用最广的静脉麻醉药之一,但具有较高的药物不良反应发生率。明晰药物不良反应的潜在机制,警惕可能诱发药物不良反应的遗传变异,对提高临床用药安全性意义重大。本文将对丙泊酚引起的静脉注射痛、血流动力学不稳定、呼吸抑制、高三酰甘油血症、急性胰腺炎和丙泊酚输注综合征等药物不良反应的潜在机制的研究现状进行综述,以期为丙泊酚临床合理用药提供支持。Anesthesia is an integral part of modern surgical procedures.Propofol is currently one of the most widely used intravenous anesthetics in clinical practice,however,it has a high incidence of adverse reactions.Clarifying the potential mechanisms of adverse drug reactions and being alert to genetic variants that may induce adverse drug reactions are of great significance to improve the safety of clinical drug use.This article reviews the research status in the potential mechanisms of propofol-induced adverse reactions such as intravenous injection pain,hemodynamic instability,respiratory depression,hypertriglyceridemia,acute pancreatitis,and propofol infusion syndrome,in order to provide support for clinical rational use of propofol.
