摘　　要：目的探讨学龄前地中海贫血(简称地贫)基因携带者外周血淋巴细胞亚群比例分布情况。方法选取该院2020年1月至2022年1月学龄前(年龄≤6岁)地贫基因携带者29例作为研究组,另选择同期学龄前非地贫基因携带者30例作为对照组。检测两组的T淋巴细胞亚群比例、自然杀伤(NK)细胞比例和B淋巴细胞比例。结果两组CD3^(+)T淋巴细胞比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞比例和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值低于对照组,而CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞比例高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组CD16^(+)CD56^(+)NK细胞比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组CD19^(+)B淋巴细胞比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论学龄前地贫基因携带者外周血淋巴细胞亚群比例存在明显异常,临床加强对外周血淋巴细胞亚群比例的检测有利于及时评估患儿免疫状况并进行有针对性的干预治疗。Objective To investigate the ratio distribution of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in preschool thalassemia gene carriers.Methods A total of 29 preschool(age≤6 years old)thalassemia gene carriers from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as study group,and 30 cases of preschool non-thalassemia gene carriers in the same period were selected as control group.The ratios of T lymphocyte subsets,natural killer(NK)cells and B lymphocytes were compared between the two groups.Results The ratio of CD3^(+)T lymphocytes was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The ratios of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T lymphocytes and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were lower than those in control group,while the ratio of CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T lymphocytes was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of CD16^(+)CD56^(+)NK cells in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The ratio of CD19^(+)B lymphocytes in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious abnormalities in the ratio of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of preschool thalassmia gene carriers.Strengthening the detection of the proportion of lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in clinical practice is conducive to evaluating the immune status of children in time and carrying out targeted intervention treatment.
