摘  要:为改善12Cr1MoV钢表面的磨损性能,以铁合金粉和CeO_(2)粉的混合物为原料,采用激光熔覆技术在12Cr1MoV钢表面制备含CeO_(2)铁基合金涂层,研究原料中CeO_(2)质量分数(0~1.5%)对涂层的金相组织、物相组成、显微硬度、摩擦磨损性能、冲击磨料磨损性能的影响。结果表明:CeO_(2)的加入能够对涂层起到减少缺陷和细化晶粒的作用,当CeO_(2)质量分数为1.0%时,涂层组织致密、细化效果最明显、涂层组织最好。CeO_(2)的加入对涂层物相组成有明显影响,含CeO_(2)涂层由Fe(Cr)固溶体、CeNi_(3)和Cr_(23)C_(6)组成。随着CeO_(2)含量的增加,涂层硬度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,摩擦因数、摩擦磨损质量损失和冲击磨料磨损质量损失呈现先降低后增加的趋势;当CeO_(2)的质量分数为1.0%时,涂层的显微硬度最高,比未添加CeO_(2)涂层提高了_(23).6%。添加1.0%CeO_(2)涂层的平均摩擦因数、摩擦磨损质量损失和冲击磨料磨损质量损失显著低于基材和其他涂层。For improving the wear properties of 12Cr1MoV steel surface,the mixture of iron alloy powder and CeO_(2) powder was used as raw material,and the laser cladding technology was used to prepare CeO_(2)-containing iron-based alloy coating on the surface of 12Cr1MoV steel.The effect of CeO_(2) mass fraction(0~1.5%)in the raw material on the metallographic structure,phase composition,microhardness,friction and wear performance and impact abrasive wear performance of the coating was studied systematically.Results showed that the addition of CeO_(2) could reduce defects and refine the grains of the coating.When the mass fraction of CeO_(2) was 1.0%,the coating was dense,the refinement effect was the most obvious,and the coating structure was the best.Furthermore,the addition of CeO_(2) had a significant effect on the phase composition of the coating,and the coating containing CeO_(2) was composed of Fe(Cr)solid solution,CeNi_(3) and Cr_(23)C_(6).With the increase of CeO_(2) content,the coating hardness first increased and then decreased,and the friction coefficient,friction and wear mass loss and impact abra-sive wear mass loss first decreased and then increased.When the mass fraction of CeO_(2) was 1.0%,the microhardness of the coating was the high-est,which was _(23).6%higher than that of the coating without CeO_(2).In general,the average friction coefficient,friction and wear mass loss and impact abrasive wear mass loss of the coating prepared with 1.0%CeO_(2) were significantly lower than those of the substrate and other coatings.
