摘 要:针对在铝质锅具表面喷涂导磁涂层的2种工艺(冷喷涂和电弧喷涂)的制备条件及涂层性能进行了较为详细的研究及分析,为铝质锅具表面涂覆高性能导磁涂层的工艺应用提供依据。借助扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验机、盐雾试验箱、热震试验箱研究了2种工艺所制备涂层的截面形貌与成分、结合强度、耐蚀性能、耐冷热冲击性能及电磁性能变化率。结果表明,所制备涂层都具有良好的电磁加热性能。采用冷喷涂制备的导磁涂层在结合强度、耐蚀性能和耐冷热冲击性能方面都明显优于传统的电弧喷涂所制备的导磁涂层,采用冷喷涂制备的导磁涂层的电磁性能变化率明显小于传统的电弧喷涂制备的导磁涂层。但是采用电弧喷涂的铁涂层在使用过程中的噪音低于采用冷喷涂的铁涂层。A detailed study and analysis were conducted on the preparation conditions and coating properties of two processes of cold spraying and arc spraying for spraying magnetic conductive coatings on the surface of aluminum cookware,providing a basis for the application of high-performance magnetic conductive coatings on the surface of aluminum cookware.By means of scanning electron microscope,tensile testing machine,salt spray test chamber and thermal shock chamber,the cross-sectional morphology,composition,bonding strength,corrosion resistance,cold and hot impact resistance,and electromagnetic performance change rate of coatings prepared by two different processes were studied.Results showed that the prepared coatings both had good electromagnetic heating performance.The magnetic conductive coating prepared by cold spraying was significantly better than that prepared by traditional arc spraying in terms of bonding strength,corrosion resistance and cold and hot impact resistance.The change rate of electromagnetic properties of the magnetic conductive coating prepared by cold spraying was significantly lower than that prepared by traditional arc spraying.However,the noise in service of iron coating with arc spraying was slightly lower than that prepared by cold spraying.
