摘 要:在水利水电工程中,环氧树脂广泛应用于水工建筑物表面防护和修复处理。然而,随着服役时间的延长,环氧树脂防护修复材料逐渐发生老化失效问题,尤其长期处于紫外、湿热等水工环境下其耐老化性能和服役寿命面临巨大挑战。综述了环氧树脂防护修复材料的耐老化性能试验方法及规范、耐老化性能评价指标和涂层寿命预测方法的研究现状,提出了未来的重点研究方向。Epoxy resin is widely used in the surface protection and repair of hydraulic structures in water conservancy and hydropower engineer-ing projects.However,with the extension of service time,the problem of aging failure of epoxy resin protective and repair materials gradually occurs.Especially,the aging resistance and service life of epoxy resin protection and repair materials are faced with great challenges when they are exposed to ultraviolet,humid and hot hydraulic environment for a long time.In this work,the test methods and specifications of the aging resistance of epoxy resin protective repair materials,the evaluation indexes of aging resistance and the research status of coating life prediction methods were reviewed,and the future research directions were put forward.
