摘 要:螺纹连接是油井管常用的部件,用于连接油套管、钻具等并传递动力。螺纹连接失效是油井管最常见的失效方式,螺纹的表面状态对连接部件的安全、稳定使用有重要影响。从油井管螺纹表面处理的必要性、螺纹表面热处理、镀层、固体润滑涂层等方面综述了表面处理技术在油井管上的应用与研究现状。粘扣是螺纹表面处理要解决的关键问题,着重介绍了激光热处理、氮化、固体润滑涂层等工艺对螺纹抗粘扣效果的影响,并简单介绍了冷滚压、喷砂等机械表面处理方法对材料表面疲劳性能的提升作用。Thread connection is a common component of oil well pipe,which is used to connect oil casing,drilling tools,etc.and transmit pow-er.The failure of thread connection is the most common failure mode of oil well pipe,and the surface state of thread has an important impact on the safety and stable use of connecting parts.In this paper,the application and research status of surface treatment technology on oil well pipe from the aspects of the necessity of surface treatment of oil well pipe thread,heat treatment of thread surface,coating,solid lubricating coating were summarized.Gluing is a key problem to be solved in thread surface treatment.Therefore,the influence of laser heat treatment,nitriding,solid lubrication coating and other processes on thread anti-gluing effect was focused on.Besides,the role of mechanical surface treatment methods such as cold rolling and sand blasting in improving the fatigue performance of material surface were briefly introduced.
