乡村特色产业的嵌入式内源发展路径——以四川省石棉县坪阳合作社黄果柑产业为例

摘　　要：探究乡村特色产业的发展路径是乡村产业振兴研究的重要内容。关于乡村产业发展的研究经历了从外源式发展到内源式发展的研究视角转变,本文在新内源式发展理论视角下,通过四川省石棉县坪阳合作社黄果柑产业发展的案例研究,聚焦外部社会力量和内部乡村产业组织何以有机协同进而促进乡村特色产业发展,提出了“多重维度赋能—组织-流程重构—关系协同创新”的“三阶嵌入式”新内源发展路径。研究发现,多重维度的赋能嵌入有利于破除产业基础薄弱的制约,组织-流程的重构嵌入有利于重振产业组织能力,关系协同的创新嵌入有利于增强产业发展的内生动力。嵌入式内源发展路径表明,充分发挥社会组织的嵌入作用有助于形成乡村特色产业可持续发展模式,助推乡村产业振兴。Exploring the development path of rural characteristic industries is an important content of rural industry revitalization research.The research on the development of rural industry has experienced a change in the research perspective from exogenous development to endogenous development.From the perspective of the new endogenous development theory,this paper focuses on the organic synergy between external social forces and internal rural industrial organizations to promote the development of rural characteristic industries through the case study of the development of yellow citrus industry in Pingyang cooperative in Shimian County,Sichuan Province.A new endogenous development path of “three-level embedded” is proposed,which is “multi-dimensional empowerment-organization/process reconstruction-relationship collaborative innovation”.It is found that the multi-dimensional empowerment embedding is conducive to breaking the constraints of weak industrial foundation,the organization process reconstruction embedding is conducive to revitalizing the industrial organization ability,and the innovation embedding of relationship synergy is conducive to enhancing the endogenous driving force of industrial development.The embedded endogenous development path shows that giving full play to the embedded role of social organizations will help to form a sustainable development model of rural characteristic industries and promote the revitalization of rural industries.
