摘　　要：提升社区慈善组织化进而实现价值共创有利于提升民生福祉、助推农村农民共同富裕。本文融合价值共创理论与嵌入性理论,提出“制度—组织—价值”的分析框架,剖析山东省W村社区慈善价值共创的制度嵌入机制。研究发现:农村社区慈善组织化面临治理资源匮乏、治理主体流失、慈善内生秩序弱化的发展困境;信用制度嵌入通过信用基金筹集、运行规则设置与自治机构再造,将资源、规则与主体嵌入社区慈善价值共创过程,在提升社区慈善组织化的基础上,以资源动员建构价值共识、以规则下沉规范价值共生、以主体再造助推价值共赢,最终以慈善的直接效应、强化效应以及扩散效应创造了个人福利价值、社区共享价值与社会文化价值。本文拓宽了价值共创与嵌入性理论的应用领域,制度嵌入的机制呈现对发展中国特色的农村现代社区慈善具有重要意义。Improving the organization of community charity and realizing value co-creation will help improve people's livelihood and promote the common prosperity of rural farmers.This paper integrates the value co-creation theory and the embeddedness theory,puts forward an “institution-organization-value” analytical framework,and analyzes the institutional embeddedness mechanism of the community charity value co-creation in W Village,Shandong province.The results show that the organization of charity in rural communities faces the development dilemma of lack of governance resources,loss of governance entities and weakening of endogenous order of charity.Through credit fund raising,operation rules setting and autonomous institution reconstruction,resources,rules and entities are embedded into the process of community philanthropy value co-creation.On the basis of improving community charity organization,resources are mobilized to construct value consensus,rules are sunken to standardize value co-existence,and entity reconstruction is used to promote value win-win.Finally,it creates individual welfare value,community shared value and social cultural value with the direct effect,strengthening effect and diffusion effect of charity.This study broadens the application field of the theory of value co-creation and embeddedness.The presentation of the embeddedness mechanism of value co-creation system is of great significance to the development of rural community charity with Chinese characteristics.
