摘 要:目的总结桑枝的化学成分和药理活性研究进展,对桑枝质量标志物(qvality markers,Q-marker)进行预测分析,为桑枝的质量评价研究提供科学依据。方法通过查阅近年来国内外公开发表的文献,在对桑枝化学成分、药理作用综述的基础上,结合Q-marker的概念,从药性功效、植物亲缘性和化学成分特有性、新的药效用途、成分可测性及含量变化等方面对桑枝Q-marker进行预测分析。结果通过现有文献可知,黄酮类成分和生物碱是桑枝主要的特征性化学成分,同样也是桑枝相关药效的物质基础。黄酮类成分,如桑皮苷A、桑色素、桑辛素和氧化白藜芦醇,生物碱类成分,如1-脱氧野尻霉素,均可以作为桑枝的Q-marker。结论基于化学成分和药理活性对桑枝的Q-marker进行预测分析,为桑枝的合理应用提供参考,为建立科学统一的桑枝质量控制标准和方法提供科学依据。Objective To summarize the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Mori ramulus,predict and analyze the quality markers(Q-marker)of mulberry branches,and provide scientific basis for the Q-marker of Mori ramulus.Methods Based on the literature published in recent years,the chemical components and pharmacological effects were reviewed.Combined with the concept of Q-marker,the Q-marker of Mori ramulus were predicted and analyzed from several aspects,such as medicinal efficacy,plant affinity and chemical composition specificity,pharmacodynamics,component measurability and content change.Results According to the existing literature,flavonoids and alkaloids are the main characteristic chemical components of Mori ramulus,and are also the material basis of related pharmacodynamics of Mori ramulus.Flavonoids,such as mulberroside A,morin,morusin and oxyresveratrol,and alkaloids,such as 1-deoxynojirimycin,can be used as Q-marker of Mori ramulus.Conclusion[CX]Based on the chemical composition and pharmacological activity,the Q-marker of Mori ramulus were predicted and analyzed,which could provide reference for the rational application of Mori ramulus and provide scientific basis for esta-blishing scientific and unified quality control standards and methods of Mori ramulus.
