摘　　要：目的分析宫内节育器并节育器致膀胱异位的原因及诊治方法。方法报告1例宫内节育器并节育器致膀胱异位患者的临床资料,结合文献讨论节育器致膀胱异位的原因、机制、临床特点及治疗方法。结果术后患者恢复良好,术后2d顺利出院。结论放置宫内节育器需准确评估,规范操作,避免子宫穿孔。带器者需要定期复查,如发现宫内节育器消失需进一步检查排除节育器异位可能。带器者如出现尿路刺激症状需警惕节育器膀胱异位,并进一步检查,节育器膀胱异位者应充分评估手术方式。Objective To analyze the causes,diagnosisand treatment of ectopic bladder caused by IUD combined with IUD.Methods The clinical data of one case of ectopic bladder induced by IUD were reported.The causes,mechanisms,clinical features and treatment of ectopic bladder induced by IUD were discussed.Results The patient recovered well after operation and was discharged successfully 2 days after operation.Conclusion Accurate evaluation and standard operation should be performed to avoid uterine perforation when placing IUD.Those with the device need to be reviewed regularly,and if the IUD is found to be missing,further examination is needed to rule out the possibility of IUD ectopic.Patients with the device should be alert to the ectopic bladder of the IUD if they have symptoms of urinary tract irritation,and further examination should be conducted.Patients with ectopic bladder of the IUD should fully evaluate the surgical method.
