人类命运共同体视域下的中巴关系与社会交往——以20世纪70年代援建中巴友谊公路为中心

摘　　要：民间常以“巴铁”形容中国与巴基斯坦两国关系,“巴铁”形成离不开两国长期的民意基础。20世纪70年代中巴友谊公路境外段的修建,提供了中国援建人员与当地社会接触的机会。“贫穷”与“新奇”是援建人员对异域国度的直观印象;以此为基础,与当地上层和民间两个层面展开的社会交往被赋予意义。援建人员与当地的社会交往,使得所谓“民意基础”在二十世纪六七十年代两国转入合作关系的历史时期,即已初露端倪。不同文明之间日常层面的认知理解、互利互动“人类命运共同体”在日常化安排中的实现,对于国家间关系的维护具有不可忽视的持久影响。"Iron Pakistan"is often used to describe the relationship between China and Pakistan."Iron Pakistan"is built on popular support between the two countries with a long time.The construction of the overseas section of the Karakoram Highway in the 1970s provided an opportunity for Chinese and Pakistan to understand each other.“Poverty”and“novelty”are the direct impression of the workers about Pakistan.On this basis,the social interaction with the upper class and the folk is endowed with meaning.The social interaction in the 1970s made the foundation of public opinion appeared in the historical period of cooperation between the two countries.Cognitive understanding,mutual benefit and assistance on the daily level between civilizations,and the realization of the"community with a shared future for mankind"in the daily arrangement,have a lasting impact on the maintenance of inter-state relations that cannot be ignored.
