生命历程视角下的青年流动人口住房选择及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：基于全国流动人口动态监测调查数据的研究显示,当前青年流动人口的住房状况以租购房为主。“历史时空中的生命”,即个体出生的时间和地点对青年流动人口的住房选择具有显著影响,购房概率是:80后优于90后,出生地点的行政级别与购房概率正相关;生命历程中的“个体能动性”因素即个体的受教育程度、月收入和就业单位性质,“相互联系的生活”即社会网络、“生命的时机”即婚姻和流动,都与青年流动人口的购房概率呈显著的正相关。为促进青年流动人口在城市中购房或租房,实现青年流动人口的市民化,需要进一步加强住房保障、完善住房租赁市场、发展公共租赁住房、继续实施房价调控措施等。Research based on the dynamic monitoring survey data of the national migrant population shows that the current housing situation of young migrant population is mainly based on renting and purchasing houses.The"life in historical time and space",that is,the time and place of individual birth,has a significant impact on the housing choices of young migrant populations.The probability of purchasing a house is:the 1980s is better than the 1990s,and the administrative level of the place of birth is positively correlated with the probability of purchasing a house.The"individual initiative"factors in the life process,such as individual education level,monthly income,and the nature of the employment unit,the"interconnected life",such as social networks,and the"timing of life",such as marriage and mobility,are significantly positively correlated with the probability of young migrant population purchasing a house.In order to promote the young migrant population to purchase or rent houses in cities and realize the citizenization of the young migrant population,it is necessary to further strengthen the housing security,improve the housing rental market,develop public rental housing,and continue to implement the measures to control the housing price.
