摘　　要：Weibull分布具有灵活的形态,但对于特殊数据适用性仍然不足。为此本文重点介绍了Weibull分布主要的拓展分布:三参数Weibull分布、q-Weibull分布、IW分布、LW分布、EW分布、GPW分布、3CAW分布。为便于工程实践,本文总结了三种常见的参数求解方法:最大似然估计法、距估计法和线性化模型,最后总结了现有的Weibull分布在医疗设备可靠性评价中的研究,为后续有源医疗器械可靠性评价的进一步改进作参考,并推广其应用。Weibull distribution has a flexible form,but its applicability to special data is still insufficient.Therefore,this paper mainly introduces the main extended distribution of Weibull distribution:three-parameter Weibull distribution,q-Weibull distribution,IW distribution,LW distribution,EW distribution,GPW distribution and 3CAW distribution.In order to facilitate engineering practice,this paper summarizes three common parameter solving methods:maximum likelihood estimation method,distance estimation method and linearization model.Finally,the existing research on Weibull distribution in medical device reliability evaluation is summarized,so as to provide reference for further improvement of reliability evaluation of active medical devices and promote its application.
