摘  要:目的探讨复杂肝胆胰脾疾病中运用3D打印和数字建模的临床价值。方法选择2021年2月—2022年3月我院收治的复杂肝胆胰脾疾病患者68例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为两组,其中对照组行常规手术,观察组运用3D打印和数字建模技术,对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较,观察组的手术时间和住院时间均较短,且腹腔引流液淀粉酶、术后腹腔引流量以及术中出血量均较低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组肝功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组的总胆红素(Total Bilirubin,TB)、谷草转氨酶(Aspartate Aminotransferase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(Alanine Transaminase,ALT)均低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,两组的术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在复杂肝胆胰脾疾病治疗中运用3D打印和数字建模技术,可以为术前评估和手术方案的制定提供一定的参考依据,有助于手术切除安全性和精准性的提高,从而获得较好的效果。Objective To explore the clinical value of 3D printing and digital modeling in the treatment of complex liver,gallbladder,pancreas and spleen diseases.Methods A total of 68 patients with complicated hepatobiliary,pancreatic and splenic diseases from February to March 2022 were 2021.They were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic methods,in the Observation Group,3D printing and digital modeling were used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time and hospital stay,and lower levels of amylase in peritoneal drainage fluid,postoperative peritoneal drainage volume and intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of Total bilirubin(TB),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and Alanine transaminase(Alt)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).The levels of Total bilirubin(TB),Aspartate Aspartate transaminase(AST)and Alanine transaminase(Alt)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing and digital modeling technology in the treatment of complicated hepatobiliary,pancreatic and splenic diseases can provide some reference for preoperative evaluation and making Operation Plan,it is helpful to improve the safety and accuracy of surgical resection,so as to obtain better results.
