建军初期毛泽东的军民关系思想及其价值

摘　　要：毛泽东在领导秋收起义部队转向井冈山的过程中触及如何解决军队和人民群众关系的问题,在解决实际问题中提出了“三大纪律,六项注意”,这成为构建军队与人民群众关系的基本原则,军队赢得了根据地人民群众的充分认可和全力支持。毛泽东指导军队帮助建立农民武装和工农兵政权,开展土地革命,让农民认识到共产党的军队是贫苦工农的化身,誓为工农利益奋斗。共产党领导的新型军队的重要任务是宣传群众、组织群众、武装群众,为人民利益打仗。军队为人民解放而战,广大人民无私支援人民军队,人民军队与人民群众建立起鱼水关系,在抗日战争和解放战争中发挥了巨大作用。In the process of leading the Autumn Harvest Uprising troops to turn to Jinggang Mountains,Mao Zedong touched on how to solve the relationship between the army and the people.In solving practical problems,he proposed“three major disciplines and six points of attention”,which became the basic principle for building the relationship between the army and the people,and won the full recognition and support of the people in the base area.Mao Zedong guided the army to help establish peasant armed forces and the regime of workers,peasants and soldiers,carry out the land revolution,and make farmers realize that the Communist Party's army is the embodiment of poor workers and peasants,vowing to fight for the interests of workers and peasants.The important task of the new military led by the Communist Party was to promote the masses,organize the masses,arm the masses,and fight for the interests of the people.The army fought for the liberation of the people,and the vast majority of the people selflessly supported the people's army.The people's army established a flesh-blood relationship with the people,playing a huge role in the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation.
