摘　　要：本文利用55个国家的面板数据,实证分析了金融科技对金融体系结构的作用机制和影响因素。研究表明,金融科技对金融体系的赋能可以促进不同融资模式下的融资者信用等级分层;金融科技通过赋能信贷模式,推动金融结构向市场主导型方向发展,但金融体系内部对金融科技的赋能有双向调节和对冲功能,可以抑制金融科技“新中介”与技术改进后的“再中介”银行体系之间的竞争与分化,促进金融体系协同发展;金融科技对金融体系赋能的着力点在强、弱政府组织力国家中有显著差异。为促进金融科技与金融体系深度融合,银行部门要推进金融科技在提升信贷审批精准度、降低不良贷款率方面的应用,加强金融科技对银行信贷的赋能。Using panel data from 55 countries,this paper empirically analyzes the mechanisms and factors influencing the role of fintech credit on the structure of the financial system.It shows that the empowerment of the financial system by fintech can promote the stratification of financiers’credit ratings under different financing models.By empowering the credit model,financial technology promotes the development of the financial structure in a market-oriented direction.However,the empowerment of financial technology within the financial system has a two-way adjustment and hedging function,which can inhibit the competition and differentiation between the“new intermediation”of financial technology and the“re-intermediation”banking system after technological improvement,and promote the coordinated development of the financial system.There are significant differences in the focus of fintech’s empowerment of the financial system in countries with strong and weak government organizational capabilities.In order to promote the deep integration of fintech and financial system,the banking sector should promote the application of fintech in improving the accuracy of credit approval and reducing the rate of non-performing loans,and strengthen the empowerment of fintech to bank credit.
