摘  要:目的 探究泰山黄精九蒸九制前后草酸钙针晶形态及含量的变化,建立泰山黄精刺激性成分检测方法。方法 采用显微镜观察泰山黄精炮制过程中草酸钙针晶形态变化;HPLC法对其草酸钙针晶含量进行测定。结果 随着黄精炮制次数的增加,草酸钙针晶的尖端逐渐碎裂,草酸钙含量逐渐减少。结论 经过九蒸九制后,泰山黄精所含草酸钙针晶钝化且含量下降,使其刺激性显著降低,为泰山黄精质量标准的建立提供了参考。Objective To explore the changes of the morphology and content of calcium oxalate needle crystals before and after steaming nine times of Mount Tai Polygonatum sibiricum Red.,and to establish a method for the detection of irritating components of Mount Tai P.sibiricum Red.Methods The morphological changes of calcium oxalate crystal during the processing of P.sibiricum Red.were observed by microscope.The content of calcium oxalate crystal was determined by HPLC.Results With the increase of processing times of P.sibiricum Red.,the tip of calcium oxalate crystal gradually breaks,and the content of calcium oxalate gradually decreases.Conclusion After nine-steaming and nine-making,the calcium oxalate crystal contained in Mount Tai P.sibiricum Red.were passivated and the content decreased,which significantly reduced the irritation,which provided a reference for establishing the quality standard of Mount Tai P.sibiricum Red.
