摘  要:介绍了一种为适应超深地下连续墙而设计的新型橡胶接头箱,阐述设计理念、实现途径、若干细节及应用情况。通过实际工程应用,强化箱体的强度和刚度能有效提高橡胶接头成形的可靠性,用专用液压橡胶固定机构代替斜木楔是可靠的,加大的侧向液压推板也能提高现场作业的自由度。新方法的实践,丰富了橡胶接头应用案例,能为以后工艺的改进提供借鉴。A new type of rubber joint box designed to adapt to the ultra deep diaphragm wall is introduced,and the design concept,realization way,some details and application situation are expounded.The practical engineering applications show that,strengthening the strength and stiffness of box body can effectively improve the reliability of rubber joint forming,it is reliable to replace the diagonal wooden wedge with a special hydraulic rubber fixing mechanism,and it can also improve the freedom of onsite construction by enlarging the lateral hydraulic push plate.The practice of the new method enriches the application cases of rubber joints and can provide reference for future process improvement.
