摘 要:地下室外墙与基坑支护结构之间的空隙越来越小,特别在经济发达、周边人口稠密、建筑物密集的沿海区域更为常见,常规施工工艺已无法满足施工需求。为提高地下室外墙结构及防水的施工质量和满足工期进度要求,提出一项地下室外墙单边支模和高分子预铺反粘防水的一体化施工技术,实现卷材防水与结构自防水的有机结合。解决了狭窄空间支模困难和防水卷材维护成本高的技术难题,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。The space between the basement external wall and the foundation pit support structure is becoming smaller and smaller,especially in economically developed,densely populated,and densely built coastal areas.So the conventional construction technologies are no longer sufficient to meet construction needs.To improve the construction quality of basement exterior wall structure and waterproofing and meet the schedule requirements,an integrated construction technology of single-sided formwork support and polymer pre-laid anti-adhesive waterproofing for basement exterior walls is proposed,achieving the organic combination of membrane waterproofing and structural self-waterproofing.The technical difficulties of formwork support in narrow spaces and high maintenance costs of waterproof rolls are solved,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
