摘　　要：结合工程实际,对采用1989年及以前版抗震规范建成的框架和砌体混合承重体系房屋,在抗震能力不足方面的问题,提出了采用对结构整体切割设置抗震缝,对框架部分采用隔震方式进行加固的方法。针对独立基础底部配筋不满足最小配筋率,提出了一种刚性基础的加固方式,可为类似项目提供借鉴。Based on engineering practice,a method of cutting and setting seismic joints on the entire structure and strengthening the frame part through isolation is proposed to address the issue of insufficient seismic capacity of frame and masonry hybrid load-bearing system buildings built using the year 1989 and previous seismic specifications.A reinforcement method for rigid foundations is proposed to address the issue that the bottom reinforcement of independent foundations does not meet the minimum reinforcement ratio,which can provide reference for similar projects.
