摘　　要：施工企业为了生存和发展,需要采取更加科学有效的商务管理模式来提高经济效益,项目商务策划作为一种重要的、有针对性的管理手段,近年来得到了愈加广泛的应用。通过阐述商务策划的编制过程,以及项目实施过程中运用商务策划布局各项经济工作、开展风险管控的方式,结合工程实例,对施工企业项目商务策划管理做了更深入的分析和解读。总结的经验可供类似工程项目借鉴。To survive and develop,construction enterprises need to adopt more scientific and effective business management models to improve economic efficiency.As an important and targeted management method,project business planning has been increasingly widely applied in recent years.By elaborating on the preparation process of business planning and the use of business planning to layout various economic work and carry out risk control during project implementation,combined with engineering examples,a more in-depth analysis and interpretation of project business planning management for construction enterprises are conducted.The summarized experience can be used as a reference for similar engineering projects.
