摘  要:为研究不同因素下掘锚机滚筒的截割性能,分别对不同转速、煤岩硬度和振动现象下滚筒截割的动态过程进行仿真分析。通过对截割阻力、波动系数、截割比能耗、底板平整性和力在截割面后方煤壁的传导进行分析,得到不同因素对滚筒截割性能的影响。研究结果表明:滚筒受到的截割阻力随煤岩硬度的升高而增大;振动对滚筒截割阻力也产生一定影响,相较于煤岩硬度,振动对滚筒截割阻力的影响要小;波动系数与截割比能耗随着煤岩硬度的升高及振动的产生而增大。衡量底板平整性的3项指标为最大间隙值、煤岩标准差与平整度,其均随滚筒转速的提高而增加;滚筒在截割过程中,位于煤岩两侧的颗粒受到的力要比位于中间的稳定,当颗粒未受到约束时,记录点载荷由上至下逐渐减小,由前至后逐渐减小。In this article,in order to explore the cutting performance of the windlass excavator's drum under different factors,the dynamic cutting process with different rotational speeds,coal-and-rock hardness and vibration is simulated and analyzed.Through the analysis on cutting resistance,wave coefficient,cutting-rotio energy consumption,floor flatness,force conduction in the coal wall behind the cutting face,the influence of different factors on the drum's cutting performance is worked out.The results show that the drum's cutting resistance increases with the ever-growing coal-and-rock hardness.The vibration also has certain influence on the drum's cutting resistance.Compared with the coal-and-rock hardness,the vibration has less influence on the drum's cutting resistance.The wave coefficient and the cutting-ratio energy consumption increase with the ever-growing coal-and-rock hardness and vibration.The three indexes to measure the floor flatness,such the maximum clearance value,the coal-and-rock standard deviation,and the floor flatness,increase with the drum's rotating speed.In the cutting process,the force on the particles located on both sides of the coal and rock is more stable than that located in the middle.When the particles are not constrained,the load at the recording point decreases from top to bottom and from front to back.
