摘　　要：面对工程机械类产品造型同质化的情况,运用形状文法与灰色关联分析法构建了工程机械产品造型设计方法,以SC200系列施工升降机为设计对象进行案例研究。通过分析国内外施工升降机造型,筛选并分解其造型设计要素;利用目标产品的感性意象词汇确定造型参考样本,并提取样本意象特征线条;通过形状文法的造型推演规则对目标产品各设计要素进行草图方案推演,结合正交试验设计生成大量草图方案;基于灰色关联分析法得到方案评判关联度,确定最佳方案,并进行方案改进与可行性验证。结果表明:文中提出的产品造型设计方法具有一定的可行性,能为工程机械类产品创新设计提供新思路。Facing the homogeneity modeling of construction machinery products,a construction machinery product modeling design method was constructed using shape grammar and grey correlation analysis method.A case study was carried out with SC200 series construction hoist as the design object.The morphological design elements are screened and decomposed according to the analysis of modeling of construction hoists domestic and abroad.The morphological reference samples were determined using kansei image vocabulary of the target product,and the characteristic lines of the samples were extracted.Each design element was deduced on target product in sketch through the morphological deduction rules of shape grammar.A large number of sketch plans were generated in combination with the orthogonal experimental design.The sketch judgment correlation degree was obtained based on grey correlation analysis method.The optimal sketch was determined for verification and optimization.The results showed that the proposed product modeling design method had certain feasibility,and it could also provide new ideas for the innovative design of construction machinery products.
