肛门牵张技术在神经源性肠功能障碍患者肠道功能训练中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究肛门牵张技术在神经源性肠功能障碍患者肠道功能训练中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月进入德阳市人民医院接受康复治疗的56例脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组患者进行常规肠道功能训练,观察组患者在常规肠道功能训练基础上,在进行手指直肠刺激时加入使用肛门牵张技术,对比2组排便控制情况、便秘评分和Barthel指数评分。结果观察组排便控制率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的67.86%;观察组便秘评分为(1.38±0.65)分,明显低于对照组的(2.21±0.59)分;观察组Barthel指数评分为(62.36±8.21)分,明显高于对照组的(55.12±7.88)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用肛门牵张技术进行肠道功能训练,可有效改善神经源性肠功能障碍患者便秘症状与排便控制,从而提高患者的日常生活能力,可推广使用。Objective To study the application effect of anal traction in intestinal function training of patients with neurogenic rectum.Methods 56 patients with spinal cord injury who were admitted to the Deyang People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,28 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine intestinal function training,while the patients in the observation group were given routine intestinal function training and anal traction during finger rectal stimulation.The defecation control,constipation score and Barthel index score of the two groups were compared.Results The defecation control rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 67.86%of the control group.The constipation score of the observation group was(1.38±0.65),which was significantly lower than of the control group(2.21±0.59).The Barthel index score of the observation group was(62.36±8.21),which was significantly higher than(55.12±7.88)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of anal traction for intestinal function training can effectively improve the constipation symptoms and defecation control of patients with neurogenic rectum,so as to improve the daily living ability of patients,which can be widely used.
