恶性梗阻性黄疸1例行密闭式胆汁回输的护理

摘　　要：总结1例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者行胆汁回输的护理。护理要点包括胆汁回输流程、胆汁回输注意事项、并发症的护理、心理护理等。患者进行了为期1周的胆汁回输以进行营养支持,各项生化指标明显好转,皮肤黄染减轻、大便颜色转黄。To summarize the nursing of bile reinfusion in a patient with malignant obstructive jaundice.Key points of care include:bile reinfusion process,precautions for bile reinfusion,nursing of complications and psychological nursing.After a week of bile reinfusion for nutritional support,the biochemical indexes were significantly improved,the skin yellowing was reduced,and the stool color turned yellow.
