摘　　要：目的调查CT增强扫描时患者的心理影响因素,总结针对性心理护理干预措施。方法选取2019年1月—2022年2月兴化市中医院收治的124例行CT增强扫描患者,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、简明心境量表(POMS)评价患者心理状态,以此为基础制定并实施针对性心理护理干预方法,观察患者护理前后心理状态变化。结果124例行CT增强扫描患者中焦虑占81.45%,抑郁占52.42%。护理后,患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱评分均低于护理前,精力、与自我有关的情绪评分均高于护理前,焦虑、抑郁、压力评分均低于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行CT增强扫描患者普遍存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、紧张等心理,采用针对性心理护理干预可改善患者不良心理状态。Objective To investigate the psychological factors affecting patients during CT enhanced scanning,and to summarize the targeted psychological nursing interventions.Methods A total of 124 patients with CT enhanced scans admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and brief mood scale(POMS)were used to evaluate the patients.Based on this,we formulate and implement targeted psychological nursing intervention methods,and observe the changes of patients'psychological state before and after nursing.Results Anxiety accounted for 81.45%and depression accounted for 52.42%of the 124 patients.After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the patients were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of nervousness,anger,fatigue,depression and panic were lower than those before nursing,the scores of energy and self-related emotions were higher than those before nursing,and the psychological states of anxiety,depression and stress were lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT enhanced scan patients generally have different degrees of anxiety,depression,fear,nervousness and other psychology.Targeted psychological nursing intervention can reduce the adverse psychological state of patients.
