某疗养院2019—2022年高原脱适应人员疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的研究高原地区疗养人员疾病谱构成与特点,为制定针对性疗养保障方案和提高高原卫勤保障效能提供科学依据。方法参照最新国际疾病分类标准(ICD-11),回顾性分析某疗养院2019—2022年高原地区疗养人员疾病谱。结果高原地区疗养人员系统疾病构成比占前6位的是内分泌营养及代谢疾病(56.85%)、消化系统疾病(14.08%)、血液或造血器官疾病(10.93%)、泌尿生殖系统疾病(6.08%)、视觉系统疾病(5.55%)、肌肉骨骼系统或结缔组织疾病(3.57%);疾病构成比占前6位的是高尿酸血症(24.53%)、高脂蛋白血症(21.60%)、红细胞增多症(10.19%)、甲状腺结节(9.12%)、屈光异常(5.55%)、脂肪肝(5.33%);任务天数是肝功能检查异常的危险因素,年龄是高胆红素血症的危险因素。结论高原地区疗养人员保障方案应以内分泌营养及代谢疾病、消化系统疾病、血液或造血器官疾病等为重点,制定系统性、精准化、个性化疗养方案。Objective To investigate the spectrum of diseases in high-altitude de-adaptation personnel in a sanatorium,thus providing scientific references for formulating targeted rehabilitation security plan and improving the effectiveness of plateau medical security.Methods According to the International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision(ICD-11),the spectrum of diseases in high-altitude de-adaptation personnel in a sanatorium from 2019 to 2022 was analyzed retrospectively.Results The top six systemic diseases in high-altitude de-adaptation personnel were endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases(56.85%),digestive system diseases(14.08%),blood or hematopoietic diseases(10.93%),genitourinary system diseases(6.08%),visual system diseases(5.55%),and musculoskeletal system or connective tissue diseases(3.57%).The top six diseases diagnosed were hyperuricemia(24.53%),hyperlipoprotememia(21.60%),polycythemia(10.19%),thyroid nodules(9.12%),amtropia(5.55%),and fatty liver(5.33%).The number of mission days was a risk factor for abnormal liver function tests,and age was a risk factor for hyperbilirubinemia.Conclusion The security plan for convalescent personnel in high-altitude areas should focus on endocrine nutrition and metabolic diseases,digestive system diseases,blood or hematopoietic organ diseases,thus formulating a systematic,precise,and individualized treatment plan.
