摘　　要：面神经炎又称面瘫,主要表现为患者一侧面部表情肌瘫痪。西医治疗以激素、药物治疗和物理治疗为主,不良反应较大,易产生副作用或诱发后遗症而形成顽固性面瘫,对患者日后生活可能产生不利影响。目前中医技术的运用受到更多关注,中医外治法种类众多,成为目前研究的重点方向。本文查阅近年来相关文献,从面神经炎的中西医认识、中医外治法等方面作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。Facial neuritis,also known as facial paralysis,mainly manifests as paralysis of the facial expression muscles on one side of the patient.Western medicine treatment mainly focuses on hormone,medication,and physical therapy,with significant adverse reactions that can easily lead to side effects or induce sequelae leading to stubborn facial paralysis,which may have adverse effects on the patient's future life.At present,the application of traditional Chinese medicine technology has received more attention,and there are many types of external treatment Methods in traditional Chinese medicine,which have become a key research direction.This article reviews relevant literature in recent years,including the understanding of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and external treatment Methods of facial neuritis,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
