宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗女性泌尿系感染的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探析宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸左氧氟沙星在女性泌尿系感染治疗中的应用价值。方法选取80例女性泌尿系感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组应用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组在盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗基础上加用宁泌泰胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎性因子。结果研究组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平与治疗前相比均明显下降,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用宁泌泰胶囊联合盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗女性泌尿系感染患者,疗效显著,可降低患者的炎性反应。Objective To explore the application value of Ningmitai capsule combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods 80 female patients with urinary tract infection were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with Ningmitai capsule on the basis of levofloxacin hydrochloride.The clinical eficacy and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ningsmitai capsule combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of female patients with urinary tract infection has a remarkable effect and can reduce the inflammatory responseof patients.
