临床路径护理对子宫肌瘤患者护理满意度及健康知识掌握水平的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的研究分析子宫肌瘤护理中临床路径护理的干预作用及对患者护理满意度、健康知识掌握水平等影响。方法选取90例子宫肌瘤患者,根据数字奇偶数分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用临床路径护理。比较两组护理满意度及健康知识掌握水平。结果护理前,两组患者健康知识掌握评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者健康知识掌握评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理服务、护理操作、服务态度、沟通方法占比88.89%、91.11%、95.56%、93.33%,明显高于对照组的68.89%、64.44%、71.11%、68.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理子宫肌瘤患者有助于提高其疾病预防意识及自我护理观念,提高护理满意度,具有应用价值。Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect of clinical pathway nursing in the nursing of uterine fibroids and its influence on patients'satisfaction and health knowledge.Methods 90 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even numbers,45 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received clinical route nursing.Nursing satisfaction and health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in health knowledge mastery score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the health knowledge mastery score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing service,nursing operation,service attitude and communication methods accounted for 88.89%,91.11%,95.56%and 93.33%in the observation group,which were significantly higher than 68.89%,64.44%,71.11%and 68.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing of patients with uterine fibroids can improve their awareness of disease prevention and self-care,improve nursing satisfaction,and has practical value.
