拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对妊高征患者血清hs-CRP、Ang-Ⅱ、PGE2及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探究拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁在妊高征患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数表法将2020年6月至2022年6月本院收治的86例妊高征患者分为两组,各43例。对照组患者静脉滴注硫酸镁注射液治疗,观察组患者在此基础上口服盐酸拉贝洛尔片治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、血压水平、血清学指标和不良妊娠结局。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血压水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平降低,前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平上升,且观察组Ang-Ⅱ和hs-CRP水平低于对照组,PGE2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高征患者,能够提高治疗效果,降低血压水平,改善血清学指标,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。Objective To explore the effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in patients with PIH.Methods 86 patients with PIH admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with in-travenous injection of magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with oral labetalol hydrochloride tablets on this basis.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,serological index and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of both groups was decreased,and the ob-servation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were decreased,and the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)were increased,and the levels of Ang-Ⅱ and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of PGE2 were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<o.05).Conclusion La-betalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of PIH patients is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect,reduce blood pressure,improve serological indexes and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy out-comes.
