摘　　要：创新应对能力是应用型公安专业人才的本质要求,重视毕业论文撰写对提高公安人才培养质量具有重要意义。面对当前公安院校本科毕业论文质量不高的现状,应该从提高人才培养质量角度充分认识毕业论文撰写的重要价值,增强质量意识,优化选题设计,细化管理标准,实行指导教师门槛与审核制度,对优秀毕业论文予以公示并加大奖励力度,建立严格的毕业论文质量保障体系,从而提高公安专业人才培养质量。Innovation coping ability is the essential requirement of applied public security professionals.It is of great significance to pay attention to the graduation thesis writing to improve the quality of public security talent training.In the face of the current status quo of low quality of undergraduate graduation thesis in public security colleges and universities,the important value of thesis writing should be fully understood from the perspective of improving the quality of talent cultivation to enhance the awareness of quality,optimize the design of the selected topics,refine the management standards,implement the threshold and audit system of the instructors,make a public announcement of the excellent thesis and increase the rewarding efforts,and set up a strict quality assurance system for thesis,so as to improve the quality of public security talent training.
