摘  要:文章旨在研究制冷系统中R454B相较于R410A的可替代性,对比分析了R454B和R410A在制冷系统中所表现出的制冷量、压缩机功耗、系统COP和排气温度。通过实验得出蒸发器/冷凝器出水温度分别与蒸发温度、冷凝温度呈正相关,且实验变量对性能参数的影响具有相似性;制冷量和系统COP均随蒸发温度的升高、冷凝温度的降低而增大,而工质物性对系统COP的影响并不大;压缩机功耗和排气温度随蒸发温度的降低、冷凝温度的升高而增大。The article aims to study the substitutability of R454B compared with R410A in refrigeration systems,and comparatively analyzes the refrigeration capacity,compressor power consumption,system COP,and exhaust gas temperature of R454B and R410A in refrigeration systems.Through the experiment,it was concluded that the evaporator/condenser discharge temperature was positively correlated with the evaporating temperature and condensing temperature,and the effects of experimental variables on the performance parameters were similar;the refrigeration capacity and the system COP increased with the increase of the evaporating temperature and the decrease of the condensing temperature,and the effect of the physical properties of the work material on the system COP was not large;and the compressor power consumption and discharge temperature increase with the decrease of evaporating temperature and the increase of condensing temperature.
