摘　　要：我国高校创新创业教育已经进入高质量发展的新阶段。基于质性研究方法,梳理近十年来高校创新创业教育领域的纲领性文件,运用NVivo软件进行政策文本分析,使用三级编码的方式,将高校创新创业政策内容归纳为:创新创业工作建设与保障、创新创业活动建设与推进、创新创业教育教学与能力培养。从双创育人、创新创业支撑体系、供需平衡和生态建设四个层面对高校创新创业教育工作进行展望。Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges has entered a new stage of high-quality development.This study combed the programmatic documents in the field of college innovation and entrepreneurship education in the past two decades,and adopted NVivo software to analyze policy texts.Using the three-level coding method,the policy content was summarized as:Construction and guarantee of innovative and entrepreneurial work,construction and promotion of innovative and entrepreneurial activities,teaching and capacity development of innovative and entrepreneurial education.At the same time,the work prospects were carried out from the four aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship education,support system,supply-demand balance and ecological balance to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
