摘　　要：为进一步提升大学生就业指导课程的教学效果,积极探索线上线下混合式教学体系建设。以《大学生职业发展与就业创业指导》为例,坚持以学生为中心,创新应用OMO教学理念,以极简教育技术建立线上教学资源,通过任务驱动设计贯通课前、课中、课后教学全过程,强化思政育人功能,实施多任务考核、过程性评价,构建线上线下深度融合的一体化教学体系,形成一套目标导向明确、教学模式新颖、课程内容丰富、实践载体多元的医学生就业指导课程生态体系。In order to improve the teaching effect of the course of career guidance for college students,the construction of online and offline mixed teaching system is explored.Taking the guide to college students'career development and employment and entrepreneurship as an example,we insist on student-centered,innovative application of OMO teaching ideas,and establish online teaching resources with minimalist educational technology,by means of task-driven design,the whole process of teaching before,during and after class is penetrated,the function of ideological and political education is strengthened,multi-task assessment and process evaluation are carried out,and an integrated teaching system of on-line and off-line deep integration is constructed,a set of objectiveoriented,new teaching model,rich curriculum content and diversified practice carrier should be formed.
