摘　　要：打造城市软实力的落脚点是人民福祉,法之所系亦是民之福祉。行走在青岛市崂山区张村河片区,不时可以看到塔吊林立、热火朝天的建设景象,身之所感,皆是推进城市更新建设的昂扬势头。2022年,青岛市崂山区在原计划启动4个社区的基础上,通过自我加压、全力攻坚,超额完成8个社区住宅房屋协议签订。其中,孙家下庄、南张、郑张等6个社区搬迁协议签约率100%……The basis for building the soft power of a city is the people's welfare,where as the rule of law is also critical to the welfare of the people.Rooted in the front line and responding to every reasonable demand,Laoshan District Justice Bureau stands up to various difficulties encountered during urban renewal and construction by innovating work style and flexibly utilizing the concepts of rule of law.
