牧户经营规模对综合效率与经营效益影响的实证研究——以典型草原地区为例

摘　　要：面对小牧户与大市场难以实现有机衔接的现实困境,规模经营是助力乡村振兴、促进畜牧业提质增效、保障牧民增收、实现共同富裕的有效举措。为了厘清综合效率、平均效益与总效益随经营规模的变动趋势,探寻这三者之间的辩证关系,本文用锡林郭勒盟410份牧户调研数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明,(1)随着经营规模的扩大,综合效率、平均效益与总效益均表现出“倒U型”趋势。(2)综合效率在经营规模对平均效益的影响路径中发挥中介效应;总效益能够调节经营规模对综合效率水平的影响。(3)综合效率、平均效益以及总效益极大值点对应的经营规模分别为1033羊单位、775羊单位与910羊单位。最后,本文提出对策建议,期望为牧户的生产决策提供有价值的参考。Faced with the practical dilemma that it is dificult to achieve organic connection between small-scale herdsmen and the big market,scale operation is an effective way to help rural revitalization,promote the quality and efficiency of animal husbandry,ensure the increase of herdsmen's income and achieve common prosperity.In order to clarify the trend of changes in the comprehensive technical efficiency and operational efficiency of herdsmen and explore the dialectical relationship between overall efficiency,average benefit and total benefit,this study takes an empirical test based on the survey data of 410 herdsmen in Xilin Gol League.The research results show that:(1)With the expansion of operation scale,the comprehensive technical efficiency and management benefits of the herdsmen show an"inverted U-shaped"trend.(2)Aggregate efficiency plays a mediating role in the path of the effect of operation scale on average efficiency;Comprehensive efficiency can moderate the effect of operation scale on the level of aggregate efficiency.(3)The overall efficiency,average efficiency and total efficiency extreme points corresponds to an operation size of 1033 sheep units,775 sheep units and 910 sheep units.Finally,this study proposes countermeasures.It is expected to provide valuable reference for production decision-making of herdsmen.
