摘 要:基于Nb-Si合金超高温精密铸造的需要,以Y2O3+ZrO2超高温陶瓷型壳和Y2O3基超高温陶瓷型芯为对象,研究了2000℃下Nb-Si合金高温熔体与两者的界面反应。结果发现,经过约30 min接触后,凝固后的Nb-Si合金外表面光滑,没有出现粘砂现象,同时陶瓷型壳和型芯与Nb-Si合金接触界面出现了HfO2层,但其厚度仅为几微米。表明型壳的Y2O3面层以及Y2O3陶瓷型芯对于Nb-Si合金高温熔体而言是惰性的。In this paper,based on the demand of near-net investment casting of Nb-Si based alloy,the ultra-high temperature Y2O3+ZrO2 ceramic shell and Y2O3 based ceramic core were prepared.And the interface reactions of both the shell and the core to the molten Nb-Si alloy at 2000℃were investigated.After about 30 min reaction,the outside surface of solidified Nb-Si based alloy was smooth and the burned-on sand phenomenon was not observed.In addition,although the HfO2 layers were detected on the interfaces of the ceramic shell/core to the Nb-Si alloys,the layers were only several micrometers,which indicated that the Y2O3 face-layer of the ceramic shell and the Y2O3 core were inactive to the high temperature molten Nb-Si alloys.
