摘　　要：提高急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)再灌注治疗率,可以降低疾病死亡率和致残率,改善患者预后。江苏省胸痛质控中心在前期建立的省级胸痛中心联盟基础上,通过加强救治单元建设,构建全省质控网络,并同步推广STEMI再灌注适宜技术,最终实现省域内急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死再灌注治疗率的逐年提高。Increasing the reperfusion treatment rate of acute ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction(STEMI)can reduce the mortality and disability rate and improve the prognosis of patients.On the basis of the Jiangsu Provincial Chest Pain Center Alliance established earlier,Jiangsu Chest Pain Quality Control Center has strengthened the construction of treatment units,constructed the provincial quality control network,and promoted the appropriate STEMI reperfusion technology simultaneously,to achieve the improvement of the acute STEMI reperfusion treatment rate in the province year by year.
