摘  要:目的分析患者对佛山市补偿机制改革的认知情况,为提升患者获得感提供依据。方法对佛山市44家公立医院11043名患者进行问卷调查。结果45.21%的患者认为医疗负担有所减轻;门急诊费用和住院费用有所降低的项目主要是药品费和检查费;患者意愿支付次均门急诊费用和次均住院费用的金额分别为51~150元和1001~3000元;对医疗服务水平和医保报销比例的满意度分别为84.01%和55.25%。结论患者对补偿机制改革效果总体评价符合预期。佛山市政府应继续推进医疗服务价格的动态调整,理顺比价关系,并做好医保支付的有效衔接,进一步提高患者获得感。Objective To analyze patients'cognition of compensation mechanism reform in Foshan City,and to provide evidence for improving patient perception of reform.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 11043 patients in 44 public hospitals in Foshan City.Results 45.21%of the patients thought that the medical burden had been reduced.Patients thought that the items that reduced the outpatient and hospitalization costs were both mainly drug and examination costs.The average willing to pay of patients for outpatient and hospitalization expenses were RMB 51-150 yuan and 1001-3000 yuan,respectively.Patients'satisfaction with medical service level and medical insurance reimbursement ratio was 84.01%and 55.25%,respectively.Conclusion The overall evaluation of patients on the effect of compensation mechanism reform was in line with the government's expectation.Government should continue to promote the dynamic adjustment of medical service prices,straighten out the price-comparison relationship,and effectively connect medical insurance payment,so as to further improve patient perception of reform.
