甘肃远程医疗会诊平台在新冠疫情期间的应用分析

摘　　要：目的以甘肃远程医疗会诊平台实际应用为例,探讨远程医疗系统在新冠本土疫情期间发挥的作用。方法对近3年远程会诊数据进行对比,分析甘肃远程会诊平台在新冠肺炎期间取得的效益。结果2020年-2022年甘肃远程医疗会诊量累计达35104例,其中涉及新冠肺炎的会诊6743例,依托远程医疗网络开展基层疫情防控远程培训47场。结论新冠肺炎期间,甘肃远程医疗充分发挥平台特点及优势,有效提升了基层医疗机构疫情防控能力。Objective Taking the practical application of telemedicine platform in Gansu province as an example,the effective role of telemedicine system during the local COVID-19 epidemic was discussed.Methods The remote consultation data in recent three years were statistically compared to analyze the benefits achieved by the remote consultation platform in Gansu during the period of COVID-19.Results From 2020 to 2022,the total number of telemedicine consultations in Gansu amounted to 35104,of which 6743 were related to COVID-19,and 47 distance training sessions on epidemic prevention and control at the primary hospitals had been conducted based on the telemedicine network.Conclusion During the period of COVID-19,Gansu's telemedicine platform gave full play to its features and advantages,effectively improving the epidemic prevention and control capabilities of primary hospitals.
