摘 要:目前矿山斜井冻结技术广泛应用于西北地区,但是在斜坡道井筒开拓施工中,存在地表水沿着已成型井筒外侧流至施工迎头,影响井筒正常掘进的难题。为减小或避免井筒迎头面、底板、侧板等位置的地下水影响,提出在冻结斜井中增设封水箍,在不同开挖区间分别增设明挖段、明转暗段及暗洞段止水箍,可阻断底板、侧帮的地下水流对井筒施工的不利影响。通过实际应用案例证明了该工艺方法的可行性与科学性,表明封水箍工艺技术可用于解决富水砂层井筒渗流难题。At present,mine inclined shaft freezing technology is widely used in Northwest China,but in the excavation of ramp shafts,there is a problem that surface water flows along the outside of the formed shaft to the construction frontal and affects the normal excavation of the shaft.In order to reduce or avoid the influence of groundwater on the frontal surface,floor,side plate and other positions of the shaft,it was proposed to add a water seal band in the frozen inclined shaft.The water seal band were added in open excavation section,open to dark section and dark section respectively in different excavation sections,which could block the adverse influence of underground water flow of floor and side plate on shaft construction.The feasibility and scientificity of the technology were proved by practical application cases,which showed that the technology of water seal band could be used to solve the problem of seepage in the shaft of water-rich sand layer.
